It's important that you're absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order please reach out to us within five (5) days after receiving your package for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we've received your order in the original condition it was sent we will refund you the money. This excludes Final Sale items, which are not returnable.
If you received an item that was damaged through transit, please reach out to us within five (5) business days after receiving your item with photos of the damaged item you received and we can arrange to have it replaced.
We will do our best to contact USPS and file an investigation to find your package, but we are not responsible for any lost items through transit.
